"Alatnica Lazarević" owns about 60 machines for complete mechanical processing i.e:

• 15 lathes for lathe processing up to the length of 1.500 mm and gear diameter of 1.000 mm;
• 5 milling machines with operating section dimensions x = 600, y = 400, z = 400;
• 9 machines „PFAUTER“ for production of cylindrical gears with diameter from 20 mm to 2.000 mm;
• 6 machines „GLEASON“ for production of spiral gears with diameter from 60 mm to 430 mm;
• 3 machines „REISHAUER“ for sanding the gear teeth up to module 5 and diameter 250 mm;
• 2 machines „NILES“ for sanding the gear teeth from module 2 to module 15 and diameter of 500 mm;
• 4 machines for sanding holes Ф 400 and sanding trunnions up to the length of 1.500 mm;
• 16 different machines for other types of mechanical processing.

CERTIFICATES

Starting from 1996 the company has introduced JUS ISO 9002 and I Q NET standards which are verified by supervision from certified bodies.
